Smoking: Guests are not allowed to smoke inside. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. If you have a balcony, cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 9 pm - 8 am. Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (ex: loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
Extra guests: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Extra guests must be approved prior to their stay for an extra fee.
Balcony safety: Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.
Enviormently friendly: Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Damages and/or breakages: Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages must be paid by guests.
Commercial film and photography: Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the Host.
Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Trash bins have been provided in each bedroom and bathroom.
Housekeeping: Towels and trash bins will be changed every third day, and linen will be changed once a week. If needed, guests can request full housekeeping for a fee of 50€.
